I absolutely LOVE the cut on this button-up shirt. It's narrow and the sleeves are just the right length. The shirt is the perfect length and fits so nicely when tucked in.

I wear outfits like these on days I know I have important meetings and appointments. I know Banana Republic button up shirts fit fairly nice too. I don't own one yet but I have tried them on in-store. I am very selective when it comes to button-ups because if you are curvy up top- it's hard to find ones that fit in the chest area and hope the all the buttons don't pop open randomly.
I used to never be able to wear these types of shirts only because none would fit like this. I like this cut because it looks like a custom tailored shirt made for my frame.
The white collar and white cuffs are so classy. It's hard to tell from the picture but the pattern is yellow and white pinstripes.

I'm really surprised at how small that fits. They had a big sale (maybe still ongoing) with 50% off everything and I never bothered to pop in. How would you say it fits compared to H&M size 2?

@PAG- I was shocked at how tiny this shirt was too!! As far as how it compares to H & M size 2....you know- I'm not sure! I am super picky about my button up shirts because it has to be the perfect fit and I prefer white collar and french cuffs because it pops :) I'll definitely have to try on H & M button ups and see if it works. I haven't had much luck with collared shirts because they are always too long, boxy or boyish..LOL
Congrats on a great find! Well-fitting (and flattering) button-up shirts are always hard to find. I was never really able to find any before I got some custom tailor-made.

That is a GREAT buy, Really Petite! I stopped shopping in NY & Co. after college because everything seemed too big (especially the shirts) and the quality seemed to have taken a turn for the worst. But maybe they're finally turning things around over there. This shirt looks FANTASTIC on you. I love the white collar and cuffs! So professional and stylish all at the same time.
