You want to be careful when wearing plaid in the workplace. Because it's a busy pattern, you want to pair it with a solid top. And pick plaid pieces that are not overwhelming- especially on a petite frame. The colors of this skirt are very toned down, which I like.
Notice how smooth the outfit is when the top is tucked in. My biggest pet peeve are bulges! The skirt silhouette is very fitted and so is the top- creating a really smooth look.
